- Box of your favorite Brownie Batter (and the needed ingredients from the instructions)
- Your favorite Choc Chip cookie recipe or you can use mine given to me by my good friend Mrs. Crocker. Or Betty as I call her (and the needed ingredients from her instructions).
- Grease or spray your favorite muffin pan or mini muffin pan
- Prepare brownie batter
- Fill each muffin spot about 1/2 full with brownie
- Prepare cookie dough
- Drop a chunk of cookie dough in the center of every brownie - they should be about 2/3 full at this point
- Bake until an inserted knife comes out clean. The full size muffin tins take my oven about 26 minutes
- Let them cool about 5-10 minutes in the tin and then place on cooling rack
