Brookie Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Box of your favorite Brownie Batter (and the needed ingredients from the instructions)
  • Your favorite Choc Chip cookie recipe or you can use mine given to me by my good friend Mrs. Crocker. Or Betty as I call her (and the needed ingredients from her instructions).
  1. Grease or spray your favorite muffin pan or mini muffin pan
  2. Prepare brownie batter
  3. Fill each muffin spot about 1/2 full with brownie
  4. Prepare cookie dough
  5. Drop a chunk of cookie dough in the center of every brownie  - they should be about 2/3 full at this point
  6. Bake until an inserted knife comes out clean. The full size muffin tins take my oven about 26 minutes
  7. Let them cool about 5-10 minutes in the tin and then place on cooling rack
