Addictive Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted Chickpeas  - Oven or Air Fryer      



Ingredients
  • 3 cans chick peas (aka garbanzo beans)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon real salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400. 
  2. Drain and rinse chick peas in a colander
  3. Let them dry for a bit then wipe with a paper towel in a circular motion to try to dry a bit more
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well coated. 
  5. For the oven I separate into 2 different roasting pans or cooksheets
  6. Spread chickpeas out bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. Stir and continue baking. Shake them every 10 -15 minutes and cook until chickpeas are crispy.This takes about an hour. When you think they are done they probably aren't make sure they are crunchy! All of them!
  7. For the Air Fryer just dump them in the basket and make sure you shake every 5-10 minutes.  They should take about 15 -20 mins depending how crunchy you want them!
