Triple Chocolate Peanut Clusters - Crockpot

Made these today for holiday gifts.  They are super easy and my family loved them.  My first batch turned out kind of ugly though because I let the chocolate cool a bit too much so it lost it's smooth look.  That certainly didn't stop anyone from eating them though. Keep your crockpot plugged in and on low as you put them on the wax paper.

1- 16 ounce jar unsalted peanuts
1- 16 ounce jar salted peanuts
4 ounces of German sweet chocolate
1- 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
2 lbs. white almond bark - found this at Walmart

1/2 bag mini marshmallows (optional - you can add just about anything that you want. Just wait to mix them in until right before you are ready to spoon them)

Place peanuts in the bottom of the crock. Place all the chocolate on top of the peanuts.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Remove lid and stir peanut mixture until chocolate is melted.
Place spoonfuls of peanut mixture onto wax paper into individual servings. Let cool, until chocolate is hardened. Makes several dozen.
