Crunchy Cole Slaw

This is T's favorite side dish of all time. Really good with the Pulled Pork

1 large bag cole slaw
1 bunch sliced scallions
2 packages broken up Ramen Noodles (uncooked)
1/2 cup vegor canola oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar (or apple cider or rice wine)
3 tbls sugar
1/4 craisins (optional)
1/4 cup toasted almonds (optional)

Some people add the flavor packet from 1 package of the noodles I DON'T!

Mix oil, vinegar and sugar together  - pour over everything else
 - we put it in the fridge for about 20 mins
