Baked Salmon with Fresh Mango Salsa

Fresh Salmon - anywhere from 1/2 to 1 and 1/2 lb piece
Container of FRESH Mango salsa ( We use Santa Barbara's near the Hummus and such inthe Market)
* Jarred Salsa does not really work well here and the mango and Salmon really goes well together

  • Place the Salmon in a baking dish and pour the salsa over it - covering it
  • bake at 400 degrees until done
